Intermediate benefits
Guide for Effective Benefits Management in Major Projects, published by the Infrastructure and Projects Authority in October 2017, defines intermediate benefits as: ‘Benefits that will occur between implementation of early changes and the realisation of the end/wider benefits, usually operational benefits.’
